1. Can you tell us about yourself?
Hi, I am Milind, design student of MIT Institute of Design. Even though I got pass out from college, I call myself as design student because I believe, everyday, each moment one can learn design through daily experiences, daily observations and so on.

2. What Made You Go Into UX Design?
Empathy towards User. I can interact with them, I can live them before moving to actual design. And there is no better way to understand user than living his life. In UX design I can think about experience of user with any product.

3. What’s Your Favorite Project You’ve Ever Worked on?
One which I did in collect in ‘Design for social needs’ module. Created mobile interface which update user regarding air pollution. Also incorporated Gamification of output.

4. What Are Some Websites and Apps Whose Design You Love? Why?
I Love Airtel, IRS(Internal Revenue Service), Cleartax websites. Because the way they designed, even novice user can use it without fail.

5. How Do You Define UX?
The way to live your User, understand their pain points regarding any product and try to solve it.

6. WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO CREATE YOUR DESIGNS?
Bad/Less user experience in any product inspires designer inside me so that I start thinking how we can improve user experience.
