Day Bonus Challenge
1. Can you tell us about yourself?
- Hello! My name is Ashish Rangwala. Iβm a UX/UI designer based in Ahmedabad, India who loves tea, photography, and travelling. I am pursuing engineering but found my calling in design. I started designing since 2018 and currently working @underK.
2. What Made You Go Into UX Design?
- Whatever you do on a daily basis is an experience. I started to see small things can change user behaviour. I started reading about UX Design and loved the process of how it works and itβs exciting. Now, Iβm passionate about improving the lives of others through design. I know when something isnβt right, and keep iterating on it until it is. π
3. Whatβs Your Favorite Project Youβve Ever Worked on?
- Itβs underK- an e-commerce clothing store. Designed both website and app; Modelling Photography and some graphics too. Working in an early-stage startup was an extremely steep learning curve. It was an eye-opening experience that taught me a lot about being lean and knowing when and where to focus your energy and efforts.

4. What Are Some Websites and Apps Whose Design You Love? Why?

5. How Do You Define UX?
- Process of designing products that are easy to use, user, can interact smoothly and values what the
product is providing.
6. WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO CREATE YOUR DESIGNS?
- Just connect with the right people and how perfect they are in their field inspires me to create
beautiful designs.

My Portfolio Website! π₯
Ok! So here I am with my portfolio website which apparently I have been delaying since ages I guess.
The objectives that I personally wanted to bring out was:
β’ Dark Mode π€( because I just love dark mode, though in the website, have given a toggle to switch )
β’ My design process. π€( because personally I feel its important to not just jump on design directly ( learned from past experience π )
β’ Projects that I have worked on and personal side projects.
β’ Companies I have worked with.
β’ Lastly, my fav part - hit me up ( email, message, Insta DM, Dribbble message, Behance, linkedin....Anything! Anywhere! because I love TALKING! β€οΈ)
So here is my take on the above-stated challenge.

Day 2 Design Challenge: Home/Login Screen Redesign Challenge.
I personally feel believe in the phase: "You never get a second chance to make a first impression" (Though it's very subjective in the design industry π)
So for any product standpoint as well I feel if we don't grab the users in the first go with the user interface we might not get a second chance ( Again it's subjective, I know experience is equally important π).
So here is my take on the above-stated challenge.
