I have redesigned this website https://banquemisr.com/en/ and it's chatbot duo to some issues That have been encountered For instance, The website needed alot of effort to be used or understood .it wasted time on classifying every point to find what i needed . The same happened with the chatbot wasn't easy to use .it wasn't interactive and most its responses were vague and irrelevant .They both gave a sense of disappointment and boredom
The chat redesigning is based on providing more choices to choose from which will be more interactive and helpful, On the other hand ,the website has become more organized and accessible.

We have all been to the library at least once in our lifetime and struggled to find the book of our choice. I'm trying to solve this simple problem in the setting of a physical library with the help of my concept - the Artico Chatbot. The chatbot can perform 3 main options: Help you to find a book, suggest what to read, or help with lending a book. See how it works in the video attached! (It also comes in dark mode!)
